Terms and Conditions (AGB) 1. Subject of the Contract The landlord rents the holiday home to the tenant for the agreed period under the conditions specified in the rental contract. The holiday home is rented exclusively for vacation purposes.

2. Rental Price and Security Deposit The rental price is specified in the rental contract and includes the use of the holiday home for the agreed period. In addition, a security deposit of [amount] euros is due upon handover of the keys. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damage has occurred to the holiday home or its furnishings.

3. Conditions of Use The holiday home may only be used by the persons specified in the rental contract. Over-occupancy of the holiday home is not permitted. Smoking inside the holiday home is prohibited. Pets may only be brought along with the prior consent of the landlord.

4. Power Supply The holiday home is powered by solar energy, which provides a limited wattage. The tenant undertakes to use electricity sparingly and to ensure that electrical appliances and lights are only used when actually needed. The landlord reserves the right to charge an additional fee in the event of excessive electricity consumption.

5. Maintenance and Damages The tenant undertakes to treat the holiday home and its furnishings with care. Any damage or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately. The tenant is liable for all damage occurring during the rental period.

6. Return of the Holiday Home At the end of the rental period, the holiday home must be returned in a clean and orderly condition. Dishes and cutlery must be cleaned and put away. Waste must be disposed of. In the event of violation of these rules, the landlord reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

7. Cancellation A cancellation of the rental contract must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:

up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price

from 59 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

8. Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation shall apply which comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the registered office of the landlord, provided the tenant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Amendments or supplements to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. No verbal collateral agreements have been made.
